This ZFO Sports Weighted Fitness Vest is used in excellent condition. Worn a handfull of times for a wildland firefighter pack test, it is a bit dusty from garage storage. It weighs 50 lbs overall and includes eight 6-pound weights. The weights can be removed from their individual velcro pouches to allow adjustment of total weight and balance. One size, adjustable velcro waist bands. All weights are intact...no leakers! Excellent for wildland firefighter pack tests and general fitness training.
